What's the definition of the leaderboard metrics?

The definition of each metric on the leaderboard: 

  • Posts are referring to the number of posts that you have created on the SoAmpli feed.

  • Shares are the number of posts you have shared externally to your social media channels. 

  • Click-throughs are the results of someone clicking on a URL to view the webpage it is connected to. The number of click-throughs represents the total number of times a URL has been clicked on.

  • Reach is the number of people that, on average, a post shared through SoAmpli by a specific user reaches. To calculate a user's average reach, we analyse the shares created by a specific user and average the reach of these shares to give an idea of that user's expected reach per share.
