When your posts are approved will depend on when your admins log in and see that the posts need amping (approving). 

When your post is amped, you will receive an email notification. The email notification will be automatically turned on when you join the platform. 

If you would like to turn off the email notifications, go to "My Profile"  and the email notification setting is in the "Personal Details" section.
