Default Automated Queue Slots

We want to make sure it’s as easy as possible for you and your team to use our fantastic Automated Scheduling feature, which allows you to schedule posts in seconds. From some feedback, we’ve noticed that the process of setting up automated time slots, can often put users off using the feature, or it takes a longer time to start because of the initial setup.

We've now made it possible for your SoAmpli Success Manager to set up default automated time slots for you and your team. As a default, we can set up 3 automated times slots, one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one in the evening, that would appear automatically in all users automated queue time slots as shown here:

If users already have these specific times set up then they will not be duplicated. They can also delete these slots and set up their own time slots if they wish.

Having these default automated time slots set up means that the initial task of setting up time slots will be removed, saving your team time, and allowing new and existing users to start using Automated Scheduling straight away which will increase your overall shares and engagement.

We have chosen 3 daily default time slots as a start, but if you would like us to set up more default time slots then we can do this also. If you wish to set these default time slots for all of your users, please email me at charlotte@soampli.com.
