Encouraging your colleagues to share content via SoAmpli just got easier! You can now extract information from the posts you create in SoAmpli, using our email digest feature. This will allow you to include SoAmpli posts in things such as internal email newsletters that you are already creating weekly/monthly.
To do extract post data just follow these steps:
1. Select the avatars of the posts you would like to share and then click 'Export' at the bottom of the page:
2. The export will be a csv. file with information like:
Images used the post
The author of the post
The post URL (this will take you to the post in SoAmpli).
The share URL (the will take you to SoAmpli and the 'Share This Post' box will automatically appear in SoAmpli).
please note: the person wishing to share the posts will need to have a SoAmpli login in any of these cases
If you would like to quickly copy and paste the post URL without having to create an email digest in SoAmpli you can also follow these steps:
Click on the date/time the post was created:
2. Copy and paste the URL from your browser:
This can be copy and pasted into an email, and if the person has a SoAmpli login they will be taken straight to the post in SoAmpli.
