Creating an email digest
A great way to encourage your colleagues to share through SoAmpli is to send an email digest with your best posts straight to their inbox. Email digests create a peak in shares through SoAmpli because they act as a great reminder of what’s been happening on the platform and provide direct links to your colleagues to share specific posts that catch their attention. It’s also a fantastic way to encourage your colleagues to share content at a specific time, which is particularly useful if you are looking for a surge in shares during an important campaign.

All you need to do is:

  1. Decide which pieces of content from your feed you want your colleagues to share. Click on the avatar of the user in the left-hand corner of the post. A green tick will appear on the avatar and a bar will appear at the bottom of your screen showing you how many posts you’ve selected:

2. Once you’re happy press 'prepare email':

3. You can then enter a subject for the email, and an introduction (optional). Press 'send to all users' to instantly send all of your specially selected content straight to the inbox of everyone on your SoAmpli platform:

4. They will now be able to select 'share through SoAmpli' on the email:

You can also send your email digest to a specific set of users:
If you don’t want to share the email digest to all users you also send one exclusively to a set of users in a specific channel. Follow the same steps as above, except when you begin the process select the specific channel you are interested in, instead of starting on the main dashboard feed. When your digest is ready, the option will then be: 'Send to all members of this channel':

If you don’t want to share your email digest straight away, you can schedule your digest to arrive in your colleagues’ inbox at the time you think is best. To do this click 'schedule this digest for a specific time':

If you would like to see when you have scheduled a curated digest. Or when you have sent out previous digests just go to Customer Settings:

And click 'Curated Digests':
