An amped post is a post ready to be shared on external social media channels. Only trusted users and admins can “amp” posts.

Regular (unamped) posts cannot be shared externally as they need to be approved by an admin or trusted user first. An unamped post will have a little greyed-out rocket in the top right-hand corner of the post, and the share button will also be greyed-out, meaning that the post cannot be shared externally.

Amped posts have a little pink rocket in the top right-hand corner of the post, and the share button is also pink. This means that the post is shareable externally.
