There are two types of notifications in SoAmpli:

1) SoAmpli email notification update

These emails are triggered by the platform when someone registered on SoAmpli creates a post in the feed.  

This email helps to keep you up-to-date with all of the content in the platform, even when you're not logged in. You have the option to receive these emails on a weekly or monthly basis. Or you can turn them off. 

To unsubscribe from email notifications, go to 'My profile' as show in this screenshot:

Then scroll down to the 'Personal Details' section, where you can change the notification settings, as shown below. 

2) In-app notification pop-ups  

In the bottom right-hand corner of your SoAmpli platform, you will see our in-app chat box. You can use this to get in touch with us if you need any help, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We also use this chat box to send you notifications about our features and social media tips. If you would like to unsubscribe from these, please get in contact via the chat box and ask to be unsubscribed. You will not receive any in-app pop-ups after this. 

For big announcements we also send these notifications to your inbox, which look like this:
