SoAmpli can help you identify the source of click-throughs generated by posts shared on the platform.

In particular, by adding specific company’s IP addresses, you can differentiate between click-throughs generated internally within the company and click-throughs generated externally (any click-through coming from the added IP addresses will be identified as internal, while all other click-throughs will be identified as external).

To add specific IP addresses you’d like to be identified as “internal”, go to “Customer settings” and select the “IP addresses management” option from the drop down menu.

There, you can add internal IP address ranges by selecting the blue button at the bottom of the page.

You can ask your IT team for a comprehensive list of your company's IP addresses.
