Tip 1. Don’t we all like to be complimented when we’ve done a great job? On SoAmpli, you can use the 'Like' and 'Comment' buttons at the bottom left of each post to show your appreciation to your colleagues. 

Tip 2. It’s not only about giving feedback, you can also provide additional information for your colleagues through notes. A note is an internal comment that won’t be seen outside the SoAmpli platform. Notes are great if you have any comments about your post that you’d like colleagues to see, but don't want it seen externally.
