Great content should be shared as much as possible! Getting your content in front of the right audience is already a challenge, but giving your colleagues easy access to share that content further shouldn't be! With SoAmpli you can select your best posts and turn them into a quick, easy-to read email in a matter of seconds.

Tip 1. By simply ticking the pictures of those who have posted content into SoAmpli, you can start building your collection of top posts to send to your colleagues. Make sure to select the best content to send out. This could be the articles you want as many people as possible to see or maybe posts around a common theme. Something to keep in mind: the order you select posts in will be the one they will have in the email – so make sure to click the most important post first!

Tip 2. Make sure to give the email a good subject line and text. Just like any communication, the more personal you can make it, the more your colleagues will engage. This is also a great opportunity to let them know a bit more about the content, or your ideas behind why you have shared it with them.

Tip 3. If you have a more specific group of people in mind rather than sharing to the whole company, you can curate posts just for them! Go to a channel and choose which posts you want to share only with the members. This is great for targeting the right people with the right content and ensuring your emails aren’t seen as spam by the rest of your colleagues.

Tip 4. If you are short of time but feel that it’s not the best moment to send the email out, don’t worry, we got you covered. You can schedule these curated emails just like a normal post. Think about what times your colleague would be most interested in the content you are about to share and aim to send it out then.

Tip 5. From the email itself, you can not only click on the link to read the article for yourself, but you can also click the share button to be taken directly to SoAmpli. This is a great way to activate even those colleagues who do not use SoAmpli often and hopefully it will help bring them back for more!
