Before you can share a post to your social channels, the post will need approving. The little rocket in the top right-hand corner of the post indicates whether the post has been amped (approved). One of your colleagues, who is an admin, will need to amp (approve) your posts before they're shareable. The timeframe for your posts to be amped will depend on when your admins' login and see that the posts need amping.

As soon as your post is approved, you will receive an email into your inbox, which will look like this: 

The email notification will be automatically turned on when you join the platform. If you would like to check whether your notification is turned on please go to "My Profile": 

If you would like to filter out unamped posts, and only see amped content in your feed, you can add a filter which will hide the non-amped posts as shown in this screenshot:
